Spring break wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. But it sure is relaxing. :]
Tuesday: I went to Disneyland. Once you've been there twenty times, the park seems so small. And it gets so boring, too. There's only like five good rides. And once you've been on them all, there's no point in staying. What a waste of a ticket. >__>
Wednesday: Social meeting in the morning. We decided tons of stuff. That really took some stress off my shoulders. Then Catherine came over; I had to "babysit" her. Played Cat and Mouse and did a little DDR. Not so bad, really. :]
Thursday: Went to California Adventures. (I bought the two-park ticket.) It was better than Disneyland, I must admit. The rides at CA are more extreme; more fun. :] My mom got motion sickness on the Sun Wheel, though. Quite ironic, cuz when you think about it, the Sun Wheel is supposed to be relaxing. I guess not. At night we went to Downtown Disney and went to Build-a-Bear. (: I made a dog and named her Izzy. Her real name's Molly, actually. But I call her Izzy. :]
Tomorrow's the Joyson Memorial, so I'm definitely going to that. Then there's a bake sale, and I totally forgot to bake something. So I'll have to whip up some last minute cookies. Or muffins. Or whatever.
Spring break's come and gone so fast. :[ I'm so sad. And I had all these pretty things planned for myself. But I procrastinated and now they're not gonna happen. :[
Go to social fashion show, guys! Support Josh&Izzy and Angel&Ralph. :] April 25th in the MPR after school. Free pizza and free movie provided. Come come come!
I don't remember much about him. Lots of people called him mean, and agressive, and just being a downright pain in the neck. But you know what? Lots of people just didn't know him. The people closer to him know him for what he really was. A fun, lovable guy. Please don't judge him by what you assume he was, and just talk trash about him just because he's gone. Because I know that none of you would be able to endure what he went through without complaining. He was brave, and determined, and someone everyone should admire.
I remember in seventh grade, he was my football captain. And I naturally suck at sports. So I naturally fumbled that football at the last second, and our team lost the game. But even when the other guys shot dark looks at me, he came up to me, gave me a pat on the back, and smiled.
"It's okay. You tried. That's what counts."
And that's what I'll remember about him forever. That he was kind enough to comfort me, when everyone else was too disgusted to. And it's hard to face the fact that I'll never see him again. Never. And that's when it really hits me.
Whoa. He's gone.
He's not coming back.
And I hope every Valentine's Day, you guys'll set aside a minute and think about him. Don't forget him, please.
